CD&B Window Coverings has been serving Los Angeles since 1992. We are not a call center or a franchise. The people who measure your windows are the people who cut and assemble the blinds, and the people who install them.

Our vertical blinds and roller shades are fabricated in our own shop from high-quality materials, which means shorter lead times, easier repairs, and no waiting on a factory order for one replacement slat. For everything else we work with a wide range of manufacturers rather than a single line, so we can recommend the best fit for each client instead of the only thing we stock.

Almost all of our work arrives by recommendation — from homeowners, and from property management companies who need a vendor they can trust with a vacant unit and a set of keys.

From our family to yours

We have stayed a small family shop for over thirty years, and we did it on purpose.

It means when you call, you reach the people who will actually do the work — and if something is not right, you are not filing a ticket with a stranger. Most of our clients came from someone else recommending us, and that is the only kind of growth we have ever wanted.

We quote what it costs

The number we give you is the number you pay. No trip charge for the consultation, no line items that appear after the fact.

Nothing is subcontracted

The same people measure, fabricate and install. If something is wrong afterwards, there is nobody else to call and nobody to blame.

We fix rather than replace

We hold parts for what we make, so a broken slat or headrail is a repair, not a new order. That applies to work we did not install too.

The right product, not our product

We make verticals and rollers, but we will tell you when a shutter or a soft treatment is the better answer for the window in front of us.
