A vacant unit turn, start to finish
Most vacant-unit turns are done within five to six business days, because we make the verticals and roller shades ourselves. Special colors, custom materials and specialty product take a little longer — we tell you the date up front either way, before you commit.

Send the address and access instructions. We measure every opening and note anything damaged. You do not need to be there.
Day 1–2
Itemized quote
Window by window, with product and price. No trip charge, no estimate fee.
Day 2–4
Fabrication
Verticals and roller shades are cut and assembled in our shop the moment you approve.
Day 5–6
Installed
Our own installers, on the date we gave you, unit left clean and ready to show.
